感謝您使用 Easy Record（以下簡稱「本擴充功能」）。我們重視您的隱私權，本政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用、儲存與保護您的個人資料。

1. 我們蒐集的資料

1.1 帳號資料

• 電子郵件：用於建立帳號與登入。
• 密碼：以 bcrypt 雜湊演算法加密後儲存，我們無法查看您的原始密碼。

1.2 使用者內容

• 筆記內容：您主動輸入的標題、文字內容、富文本格式。
• 資料夾名稱：您建立的分類資料夾名稱。
• 上傳的圖片：您主動加入到筆記中的圖片檔案。

1.3 技術資料

• JWT 驗證權杖：登入後存放於 Chrome 的本機 storage，用於維持登入狀態。

• 瀏覽記錄、開啟的網頁網址、Cookie
• 地理位置資訊
• 裝置識別碼、IP 位址（不會主動儲存）
• 第三方網站的內容
• 任何健康、財務、種族、宗教等敏感個人資訊

我們蒐集的資料僅用於以下目的：

• 建立並驗證您的帳號
• 儲存、同步、顯示您的筆記與資料夾
• 提供圖片上傳與顯示功能
• 維持登入狀態，避免您每次都需要重新輸入密碼

5. 資料分享

除非有以下情況，否則我們不會與任何第三方分享您的個人資料：

• 取得您明確的同意
• 法律強制要求（例如有效的法院命令）

6. 資料安全

• 密碼採用 bcrypt 不可逆雜湊儲存。
• API 通訊全程使用 HTTPS 加密。
• 使用 JWT 權杖驗證，每位使用者僅能存取自己的資料。
• 圖片上傳大小限制 20MB，並過濾檔案類型避免惡意檔案。

7. 資料保留與刪除

• 您的資料會保留至您主動要求刪除為止。
• 您隨時可以在擴充功能內刪除單筆筆記、資料夾或圖片。
• 如需刪除整個帳號與所有資料，請來信至下方聯絡信箱，我們會在 7 個工作天內處理完畢。

8. 兒童隱私

本擴充功能不專門針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。若您未滿 13 歲，請勿提供任何個人資料給本服務。

9. 第三方服務

本擴充功能不使用任何第三方分析、追蹤或廣告服務（例如 Google Analytics、Facebook Pixel 等）。

10. 政策變更

若本隱私權政策有重大變更，我們會更新本頁面的「最後更新日期」並於擴充功能或網站上發布公告。

Easy Record Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Easy Record (the "Extension"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

• Email address: used to create your account and sign in.
• Password: stored as a one-way bcrypt hash. We cannot see your original password.

1.2 User Content

• Notes: titles, text, and rich-text content you create.
• Folders: folder names you create to organize notes.
• Images: images you upload and attach to your notes.

1.3 Technical Data

• JWT auth token: stored locally in Chrome storage to keep you signed in.

• Browsing history, visited URLs, cookies
• Geolocation
• Device identifiers or IP addresses (not actively stored)
• Content from third-party websites
• Any sensitive personal data (health, financial, racial, religious, etc.)

• To create and authenticate your account
• To store, sync, and display your notes and folders
• To enable image uploads and display
• To keep you signed in across sessions

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless:

• You give us explicit consent, or
• Required by valid legal process (e.g., a court order).

• Passwords are stored as irreversible bcrypt hashes.
• All API traffic uses HTTPS encryption.
• JWT-based authorization ensures users can only access their own data.
• Image uploads are limited to 20 MB and validated by file type.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is retained until you request its deletion.
• You can delete individual notes, folders, and images at any time from within the Extension.
• To delete your entire account and all associated data, please email us at the address below. We will process the request within 7 business days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any personal information to this service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel).

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and post a notice in the Extension or on our website.
